2 – When tested at compliance test speed, the thoracic trauma index (TTI) must not exceed 90 G’s for two door vehicles and 85 G’s for all other vehicles. TTI is computed by taking the average of the greater of the peak accelerations of the upper or lower rib and the lower spine.
3. – When tested at compliance speed, the peak lateral pelvic acceleration must not exceed 130 G’ s.
