The MAB advises the DMV in the development of medical and health standards for licensure. It also advises the DMV on medical reports submitted regarding the mental or physical condition of individual applicants. Currently not applicable. The department has the authority to convene a medical advisory board, as stated in Nevada Administrative Code 483.380. However, due to budget constraints, Nevada does not have an advisory board at present. |
