Campaign Safe & Sober Planners will keep flowing to state and local highway safety users into the next millennium! State and local highway safety programs rely heavily on Campaign Safe & Sober materials for up-to-date public information and education pieces that can be incorporated into their campaigns.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has committed itself to producing user-friendly, streamlined Campaign Safe & Sober Planners for the next 2 years while reducing the number of planners per year from 4 to 3. This will reduce the demand on national, state, and local staff by 25 percent.
