Department of Transportation "No Fear Act" Statistics
The No Fear Act requires Federal agencies to be more accountable for violations of anti-discrimination and whistleblower protection laws.

As DOT Secretary Mary E. Peters stated “…I fully support the principles of the Act. It is the Department’s policy to strictly prohibit discrimination, harassment, and interference/retaliation against employees who make protected disclosures as specified in the whistleblower protections laws…The department maintains high standards as a model Federal employer…”
