| NHTSA’s Office of Vehicle Safety has formulated its Vehicle Safety Rulemaking and Research Priority Plan for 2009–2011 and has placed it in the Docket. A federal Register Notice (74 FR 31387) has been issued Requesting Comments on the Plan. The comment period closes August 31, 2009. The plan itself can be accessed at www.regulations.gov in docket no. NHTSA-2009-0108.
